Hard covers
Hard covers have multiple purposes. Not only do they insulate the water keeping heat in, at the same time keep dirt, leaves and debris out of the jacuzzi, reducing the amount of chemicals needed as well as the regular emptying and cleaning out the tub.
Debris covers
The main function of these is to keep dirt out the jacuzzi, they have little to no insulation properties. Materials used are ripstop or 80% woven nylon. The ripstop covers have 3 aluminium support poles and 4 x 50mm snap hooks to hold the cover down.
Clear heat gain covers
Our clear heat gain covers have two purposes. Act as a debris cover and use the sun's heat to heat the water. The sun heats the void between the water surface and the cover creating a hot box effect, which then increases the water temperature inside.
Bubble covers
Bubble covers are mainly for heat retention and some solar heat gain, they do keep the majority of dirt and leaves out but that is not their main function. Bubble covers are a series of air pockets sandwiched between 2 layers of uv and chlorine resistant pvc sheet.

Hard Covers
Hard covers have multiple purposes. Not only do they insulate the water keeping heat in, at the same time keep dirt, leaves and debris out of the jacuzzi, reducing the amount of chemicals needed as well as the regular emptying and cleaning out the tub.
Hard covers have a dense foam core which is then reinforced along the centre join line to prevent the foam from bending and breaking. The foam is then waterproofed before being inserted into the outer cover which is made from either heavy duty/marine vinyl or 400g per sqm ripstop (canvas which has been treated with a waterproof rubber), each cover has 4 x 50mm snap buckles to secure the cover giving protection from wind and making it difficult for small kids to remove it.
Our covers are made of two sections joined in the middle with velcro to make them easier to carry. Various colours are available.
Debris Covers
The main function of these is to keep dirt out the jacuzzi, they have little to no insulation properties. Materials used are ripstop or 80% woven nylon. The ripstop covers have 3 aluminium support poles and 4 x 50mm snap hooks to hold the cover down.
Woven nylon covers are clipped down around the edges using pool net style hooks.
Bubble Covers
Bubble covers are mainly for heat retention and some solar heat gain, they do keep the majority of dirt and leaves out but that is not their main function.
Bubble covers are a series of air pockets sandwiched between 2 layers of uv and chlorine resistant pvc sheet. They are often used in conjunction with debris covers as a more cost effective alternative to a hard cover.
